Sen. Scott Herndon carried H618 on the Senate side where it passed unanimously. It was signed into law last week.

Saturday, 3/9/24:
H618 was reported out of committee this week and is making its way through the Senate reading calendar.
Monday, 2/26/24:
Rep. Heather Scott introduced House Bill 618 last week. This bill would prohibit government agencies from using official documents such as rebate checks and warrants for electioneering purposes. It passed committee and then passed the House unanimously today.
