H666: No Sex Education By Abortion Providers

Friday, 3/29/24:

The governor signed H666 earlier this week.

Monday, 3/25/24:

H666 passed the Senate on a party line vote and awaits the governor’s signature.

Sunday, 3/10/24:

H666 reached the House floor last week and passed on a party line vote.

Tuesday, 3/5/24:

Rep. Bruce Skaug has introduced H666, which would disallow abortion providers from supplying sex education curricula to public schools. After some discussion (see my live tweet thread here) the committee voted to send the bill to the floor with a do pass recommendation.
