Friday, 3/29/24:
H398 was passed by the Senate, and then the amended version of the bill was passed again by the House. It heads to the governor’s desk.


Monday, 3/25/24:
H398 passed out of Senate Health & Welfare to the 14th Order for amendment, and returned to the floor having been so amended. It awaits a vote.
Saturday, 2/24/24:
H398 was reported out of committee on 2/19/24 with a do pass recommendation. It reached the House floor on Thursday, passing on a party line vote.

Tuesday, 1/16/24:
Rep. Megan Blanksma introduced RS 30879 in House Health & Welfare this morning. This bill would prohibit the Dept. of Health and Welfare from issuing Medicaid waivers without legislative approval. It was approved and printed as H398.
