Gregory W. Moeller

Gregory W. Moeller graduated from Brigham Young University and its J. Reuben Clark Law School before spending nineteen years in private practice in Rexburg, focused on civil litigation and water law. Governor Butch Otter appointed him to the Seventh Judicial District bench in 2009, where he presided over an area roughly the size of West Virginia, and elevated him to the Supreme Court in 2018.
