2025 Wrapped: A Year in Motion

2025 was a year in motion.

Move over Spotify Wrapped. This is a look back at a year of service, from Election Day to the everyday, the work kept moving. And so did we.

This year was busy, in the best way. Behind every number is a commitment to secure elections, open government, and service for Idahoans in every corner of the state.

From the White House to every corner of Idaho, it’s about showing up.

We rolled out new tools and experiences designed to make government easier to understand and easier to engage with.

The year moved fast, but a few moments asked us to pause and take note.

Protecting Idaho’s elections and victim’s personal address information is foundational. And it’s work that never stops.

The work spoke for itself.

Behind every milestone is a team focused on doing the work well.

When Idaho’s interests are at stake, we engage directly, communicate clearly, and work collaboratively.

Thank you for trusting us with the work that keeps Idaho moving. We’re proud of what was accomplished in 2025 and we’re looking forward to 2026.

Phil McGrane was elected Idaho’s twenty-eighth Secretary of State and took office on January 2, 2023. McGrane served as elected Clerk of Ada County from 2019-2022. McGrane holds a bachelor's degree in philosophy, a juris doctorate, and a Master of Public Administration. As a fourth-generation Idahoan, Phil has dedicated his career to making elections in the state of Idaho accessible, secure and transparent.
