[BOISE, ID] – Attorney General Raúl Labrador has announced investigators with his Idaho Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Unit arrested a Nampa man on Tuesday, November 18th, 2025, for alleged sexual exploitation of a child.
Twenty-seven-year-old Juan Cardoza has been charged with 1 count of possession of child sexual exploitation material.
“Our ICAC investigators do critical work to protect children in Idaho, and I’m grateful for the partnerships we’ve built with local law enforcement across the state,” said Attorney General Labrador. “This arrest reflects the dedication of our team and the agencies working together to keep our communities and families safe.”
The ICAC Unit was assisted by the Nampa Police Department and Meridian Police Department.

The Attorney General’s ICAC Unit works with the Idaho ICAC Task Force, a coalition of federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies, to investigate and prosecute individuals who use the internet to criminally exploit children.

The charges listed above are merely accusations and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
