Nampa, Idaho – Senator Brian Lenney, a proven conservative leader, announces his re-election campaign for the Idaho State Senate in the Republican Primary on May 20, 2026.
Recognized as one of Idaho’s most effective senators, Lenney earned the 2025 CPAC Award for Conservative Excellence and a top ranking from Club for Growth for driving economic growth. His 2025 legislative victories in education, health freedom, and limited government solidify his commitment to The Gem State.
“Idahoans need a senator who delivers results, not excuses,” said Lenney. “My 2025 record proves I fight for freedom, parental rights, and the American worker. Illegal immigration threatens our communities, and I’ll keep pushing to protect our way of life and put Idahoans first.”
In just three terms, Senator Lenney has amassed an impressive record of legislative victories, establishing himself as a formidable force and a leading voice in Idaho conservatism. In his most recent 2025 legislative session, Senator Lenney secured key victories for freedom and accountability. His notable achievements include spearheading Idaho’s first anti-lawfare bill (S1001) to protect free speech, banning mask mandates (H32), limiting public health district powers (S1031), and ensuring Health & Welfare bureaucratic accountability (S1052), to name just a few of his significant wins.
