BOISE — Attorney General Raúl Labrador has announced investigators with his Idaho Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Unit arrested suspect Brian Hendricks, on Thursday, August 7th, 2025, for possession of child sexual exploitation material. Hendricks is employed as a bus driver with a company that contracts with local schools.
The Idaho Internet Crimes Against Children Unit has charged Brian Hendricks with seven (7) counts of possession of Child Sexual Exploitation Material. In addition to these charges, the Boise Police Department has charged Brian Hendricks and suspect Rochelle Hendricks each with four (4) counts of Felony Injury to a Child, Misdemeanor Dog Nuisance, and Misdemeanor General Animal Nuisance.
“Protecting the people of Idaho is my office’s top priority,” said Attorney General Labrador. “I thank the Boise Police Department for their partnership and teamwork serving this search warrant and helping to remove the children that were in the home. We will continue to diligently work with our law enforcement partners across the state to protect Idaho families as children return to school this fall.”
The Boise Police Department’s Neighborhood Contact Unit, School Resource Officers and patrol officers assisted the ICAC Unit with the arrest. During a warrant service at Hendricks’ residence Thursday afternoon, officers determined that due to unsafe and uninhabitable living conditions, several children living in the home were in imminent danger, and actions were taken to protect the children. Officers also seized multiple animals.

This collective effort was instrumental in ensuring the safety and well-being of all involved in this case,” said Boise Police Lt. At this time, investigators have found no evidence of any local victims. The Attorney General’s ICAC Unit works with the Idaho ICAC Task Force, a coalition of federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies, to investigate and prosecute individuals who use the internet to criminally exploit children.

The charges listed above are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
