Join the Conversation on July 30th either in person or via zoom. Many people have seen the steady increase in property values. The rise has people feeling as if they will be taxed out of their property. Tax breaks that our fixed income community have come to rely on like the homeowner’s exemption, the circuit breaker, for some, are out of reach.
We came together in a community workshop to discuss some ideas. On July 30th, we will discuss or community issues, concerns and possible solutions with our state representatives. If you have specific questions or ideas that were not given to me, please email me in advance.
Thank you to Senator Hart, Representative Scott and Representative Hawkins for making themselves available to hear what our community concerns are.
As we enter into another legislative sessions, their willingness to hear our community is invaluable. Let us make the most of their valuable time and discuss the direction of our community!
See you at the forum!
