H522 was reported out of committee and is currently on the 3rd reading calendar in the House.
Tuesday, 2/13/24:
Rep. Heather Scott has introduced H522 which would add to the existing ban on cannibalism the practice of providing human flesh or blood to a person without their knowledge. It awaits a hearing in House State Affairs.
