OCCUPATIONAL AND PROFESSIONAL LICENSURE REVIEW COMMITTEE
The Occupational and Professional Licensure Review Committee is tasked with studying Idaho’s occupational licensing and certification laws and rules. It conducts Sunrise reviews to evaluate the need for new licenses and Sunset reviews to assess whether existing licenses should be continued, modified, or eliminated. The committee’s work helps ensure licensing regulations are appropriate and serve the public interest.
