The Idaho Industrial Commission oversees workers’ compensation in the state, including regulating insurers and ensuring employers maintain required coverage. It resolves disputes involving injured workers, employers, and insurers, and hears appeals of unemployment decisions. The Commission also assists injured workers in their recovery and return to employment and administers Idaho’s Crime Victims Compensation Program.
