HOUSE STATE AFFAIRS
The House State Affairs Committee addresses legislation on a range of statewide issues in Idaho. Its responsibilities include overseeing elections, abortion laws, electric utility deregulation, and the operations of the Public Utilities Commission. The committee also supervises the state lottery and other matters affecting the state’s governance and public policy.
