DOGE TASK FORCE
The DOGE Task Force is a joint interim committee created by Idaho House and Senate leadership to streamline state government operations. Its mission is to eliminate wasteful spending, increase accountability, and improve efficiency across state agencies. The task force focuses on three key areas: consolidating redundant government agencies to optimize resources; reviewing and reducing unnecessary state employee travel; and assessing state government positions to eliminate unnecessary roles. Through these efforts, the DOGE Task Force aims to ensure Idaho taxpayers’ dollars are spent effectively.
