CHILD CUSTODY & DOMESTIC RELATIONS TASK FORCE
The Child Custody and Domestic Relations Task Force is a joint interim committee charged with reviewing how Idaho courts interpret child custody and domestic relations laws to ensure they align with legislative intent. It will recommend clarifications if needed, examine whether Idahoans have fair access to court processes and adequate legal representation, and propose statutory changes to improve fairness and accessibility in family law matters.
