CHANGE IN EMPLOYEE COMPENSATION
The Change in Employee Compensation Committee (CEC) is a joint legislative committee responsible for making recommendations to the Idaho Legislature on state employee pay and benefits, as outlined in Idaho Code § 67-5309C. Meeting before each legislative session, the CEC reviews salary surveys, budget forecasts, and agency input to help guide decisions on compensation for state employees.
