Bill Cooper is a retired Chief of Police with senior management experience in the private sector. He is a management expert and former three-time elected chair of the Snohomish County Republican Party. Bill has trained PCs, candidates, campaign managers, and district chairs in winning strategies. He holds an MBA, a Master’s Degree in Public Administration, and is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt. Bill has authored or co-authored 16 books, along with various management and leadership papers and articles.
