Dear Friend,

Another great week in Idaho’s Second District! Idaho amazes me for several reasons, but the nuclear renaissance happening right here at home is truly incredible. I was recently invited to tour Premier Technology’s new facility in Blackfoot and saw how this business is helping build the infrastructure to bring America’s energy system into the future.

President Trump recently called Micron a “truly GREAT American company.” He is correct! With its investments in Idaho communities, American manufacturing, and the historic Trump Accounts, Idaho is proud of its global leadership! I had a great visit in Boise earlier this week,

Go Bengals! I enjoyed visiting Idaho State University and seeing all the incredible work happening on campus. ISU’s programs range from nuclear and pharmaceutical to healthcare, performing arts, and so much more. As Idaho’s only appropriator, I will continue to fight for federal funding that comes back to our communities and benefits Idaho students.

Idaho is Leading the Nuclear Renaissance

As we all know, Idaho is the birthplace of nuclear energy in America. I really enjoyed my time at Premier Technology’s new facility and seeing their impressive work in nuclear energy.

It is amazing how businesses throughout the state are critical to meeting this moment, as the country needs more nuclear power. I applaud President Trump, Department of Energy Secretary Chris Wright, and leaders like Dr. John Wagner at INL, who are some of the strongest supporters of nuclear energy.

Micron is a Truly GREAT American Company!

The work happening at Micron is incredible. Idahoans are proud of the continued investment in Idaho and of bringing jobs back to the United States. Be sure to check out Micron’s recent $67 million investment for communities announcement.

Thank you for having me. I look forward to all that’s to come!

Go Bengals!

I attended the Idaho State vs. Portland State football game in the ICCU Dome, which is the oldest enclosed stadium on a college campus in America!

I’ve proudly supported Idaho State University over the years and fought for federal funding to expand its critical minerals research, establish a cybersecurity lab, upgrade its accelerator center, and more.
