The State of Idaho today launched MySchoolChoice.idaho.gov, a new website supporting the Idaho Parental Choice Tax Credit program.
The site offers easy-to-use resources for parents, including a program eligibility checklist, to ensure families can quickly determine whether they qualify.
The Idaho State Tax Commission administers the Idaho Parental Choice Tax Credit program, which helps eligible parents cover the cost of education expenses for students outside the public school system.
Eligible families may receive:
- Up to $5,000 per student
- Up to $7,500 per student with a qualifying disability
Priority will be given to families with a modified adjusted gross income that doesn’t exceed 300% of the 2024 federal poverty level.
For more information and to access the eligibility checklist, visit: MySchoolChoice.idaho.gov.

About Idaho State Tax Commission
