STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:
This legislation authorizes the Legislative Council to appoint a committee to study the State of Idaho’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

1/22/25: SCR 101 reached the Senate floor quickly, being voted upon this morning. Three Republicans joined Senate Democrats in opposing the resolution, but it passed overwhelmingly.
