H470 was sent to the amending order, and after a long stay there it was returned to the floor today without amendment.
Tuesday, 2/13/24:
RS 31129 was introduced by Reps. Joe Alfieri and Brandon Mitchell, and printed as H470. This bill would create a new division within the Office of the Attorney General to handle complaints issues regarding election security. The bill awaits a hearing in House State Affairs.
