The Senate debated S1234 last Thursday, passing it 19-16.

Monday, 1/22/24:
Idaho Freedom Foundation has rated S1234 -2.
Wednesday, 1/17/24:
Sen. Melissa Wintrow introduced a bill in Commerce & Human Resources to require insurance providers who already pay for contraception to reimburse up to six months worth at a time. The bill is printed as S1234.
