President Biden has failed to protect the American people from his southern border disaster.
The last four years have destroyed our border security—and recent news of Biden’s Defense Department selling pieces of border wall was the nail in the coffin.
Idaho communities are directly impacted by the unchecked flow of drugs and human trafficking across our southern border. By selling border wall materials, the Defense Department is exacerbating the illegal immigration crisis Biden created and putting politics over public safety.
I, along with Senator Mike Crapo, am demanding answers, but we aren’t holding our breath.
In October, I led 10 Republican Senators in calling out the Biden administration for crippling our nation’s immigration system and putting Idaho communities at risk. It’s been two months, and we’re still waiting for a response.
January 20 will be a turning point in Republicans’ battle to reverse the Biden-made border crisis.
As your Senator, I am working with President-elect Trump and Senate Republicans to:
- Secure the border
- Reinstate the Remain in Mexico Policy
- Stop the flow of deadly drugs
- Put Idahoans first
