H585 passed House Business last week and currently sits on the 3rd reading calendar.
Monday, 2/19/24:
The RS was printed as House Bill 585 and awaits a hearing in the House Business Committee.
Friday, 2/16/24:
Reps. Elaine Price and Dustin Manwaring introduced this RS in House State Affairs this morning regarding regulation of digital currency. It would protect digital assets from regulation and taxation while keeping any future central bank digital currency from being defined as money.
